  "text": "(1) Grant at the higher rate shall, subject to regulation 9, be payable on any expenditure incurred by an authority on training in a national priority area up to the maximum amount for such expenditure notified for that area under regulation 7(1)(a).\n(2) Grant at the lower rate shall be payable on expenditure incurred by an authority on eligible training up to the maximum amount for such expenditure notified under regulation 7(1)(b).",
