# The Education (Training Grants) Regulations 1990, Regulation 13: Revocation and Transitional Provisions


The Education (Training Grants) Regulations 1987, the Education (Training Grants) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and the Education (Training Grants) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 are hereby revoked, but nothing in this regulation shall prevent the Secretary of State making payments of grant authorised by those regulations in respect of expenditure incurred on or before 31st March 1991, or affect any condition or request prescribed by or determined under any of the regulations so revoked.
