Made 18th January 1993
Laid before Parliament 25th January 1993
Coming into force 15th February 1993
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 50 and 63 of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986, the Secretary of State for Education, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following Regulations:
