# The Education Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2021, Regulation 31: Particulars and supplementary statements

The President or the tribunal panel may give directions requiring any party to provide in, or with, that party’s case statement such particulars or supplementary statements as may reasonably be required for the determination of the appeal or the claim.
