# The Education Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2021, Regulation 64: NHS bodies – Reports to the Tribunal

Extent: E+W

(1) An NHS body to whom a recommendation has been made by the Tribunal must make a report to the Tribunal before the end of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the recommendation is made.
(2) The Secretary of the Tribunal must send a copy of the report to each party.
