# The Education Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2021, Regulation 66: Withdrawal

Extent: E+W

A person may withdraw an appeal or a claim—
(a) by giving notice to the Secretary of the Tribunal at any time before a hearing, or
(b) orally at a hearing.
