# The Education Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2021, Regulation 8: Establishment of tribunal panels

Extent: E+W

(1) The jurisdiction of the Tribunal is to be exercised by such number of tribunal panels as the President may from time to time determine.
(2) The tribunal panels exercising the jurisdiction conferred on them in accordance with paragraph (1) are to sit at such times and in such places as the President may from time to time determine.
