  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order continues the University Commissioners' powers and duties until 31st December 1992. By virtue of paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 11 to the Education Reform Act 1988, their powers and duties would otherwise have ceased on 29th July 1991, three years after section 202 of the Act came into force ; by virtue of section 236, section 202 came into force on the passing of the Act on 29th July 1988.",
