  "long_title": "This Order continues the University Commissioners' powers and duties until 1st January 1995. By virtue of paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 11 to the Education Reform Act 1988, their powers and duties would have ceased on 29th July 1991, but they were extended until 31st December 1992 by the Education (University Commissioners) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/1427), and further extended until 1st January 1994 by the Education (University Commissioners) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/3064).",
