  "text": "The appointed day for the following provisions of the Education (Wales) Act 2014 coming into force is 18 August 2014—\n(a) section 2 so far as it relates to Schedule 1 (education workforce council);\n(b) in Schedule 1—\n(i) paragraph 3(1), (2), (3), (4)(a) and (5) (membership);\n(ii) paragraph 4 (membership: further provision);\n(iii) paragraph 5 (tenure);\n(iv) paragraph 6 (removal from office);\n(v) paragraph 7 (remuneration, allowances and expenses of members);\n(vi) paragraph 9(1), (2) and (3) (in so far as it relates to the chief officer); and\n(vii) paragraph 12 (committees generally).",
