# Education (Wales) Act 2014, Paragraph 13


(1) The Council may authorise the chairing member or any committee established under paragraph 12 to exercise such of its functions as it may determine.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not affect the Council's—
(a) responsibility for the exercise of delegated functions, or
(b) ability to exercise delegated functions.
