  "text": "For the purposes of sections 17 to 20—\n“appropriate body” is to be construed in accordance with section 17(2)(d);\n“relevant principal” means—\n(a)the head teacher of a school,\n(b)the principal of a further education institution, and\n(c)any other person with overall responsibility for registered persons providing relevant services.",
