  "text": "(1) In this Part, except where the context otherwise requires—\n“category of registration” (“categori cofrestru”) is to be construed in accordance with section 9(3);\n“further education institution” (“sefydliad addysg bellach”) has the meaning given in section 140 of the 2002 Act;\n“registered person” (“person cofrestredig”) means (subject to section 27) a person registered in the register established under section 9 (including those registered on a provisional basis);\n“relevant services” (“gwasanaethau perthnasol”) are services which may be provided only by a registered person;\n“the register” (“y gofrestr”) means the register established and maintained under section 9(1).\n(2) In this Part, a reference to a person being provisionally registered (however expressed) is a reference to a person who has been registered on a provisional basis.",
