Article 13 Information to accompany application for review

An application for review pursuant to article 12 must—

(a)

be made in writing,

(b)

specify the grounds on which the former registered person seeks to have the interim suspension order reviewed, and

(c)

be accompanied by every document relied upon in support of the application.
