  "text": "(1) Notwithstanding article 12, the Council must keep under review an interim suspension order at such intervals as it considers appropriate.\n(2) A review pursuant to paragraph (1) must be carried out in accordance with the rules of procedure made by the Council under article 18.\n(3) Following a review pursuant to paragraph (1), the Council may—\n(a) revoke the interim suspension order,\n(b) make no change to the interim suspension order, or\n(c) in the event that there is a requirement to do so, make an application to the High Court for an extension in accordance with article 17.",
