# The Education Workforce Council (Interim Suspension Orders) (Additional Functions) (Wales) Order 2021, Article 6: Content of interim suspension order


An interim suspension order must record the—
(a) decision of the Council,
(b) date on which the order is made, and
(c) date on which the order takes effect.
