  "text": "The Taximeters (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1979 are hereby amended in Regulation 19 as follows:—\n(a) for “16(2)” there shall be substituted “16”;\n(b) for “£200” there shall be substituted “£2000”; and\n(c) for “£50” there shall be substituted “£400”.",
