Regulation 8 Supervision by the food authority

(1)

The food authority shall be responsible for the supervision of those establishments approved by it in accordance with regulation 5.

(2)

The food authority shall in relation to an approved establishment take any supervision measures considered necessary to ensure that manufacturers of egg products comply with these Regulations and the provisions specified in Schedule 7.
