  "text": "In this Schedule 11—\n“business day” means a day other than a Saturday or Sunday which is not Christmas Day, Good Friday or a bank holiday under section 1 of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 ; and\n“requirement consultee” means any body named in a requirement as a body to be consulted by the relevant planning authority in discharging that requirement.",
