# The Eggborough Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2018, Paragraph 33: Arbitration


Any difference arising between the undertaker and CRT under this Part (other than a difference as to the meaning or construction of this Part) must be referred to and settled by arbitration in accordance with article 41 (arbitration) of this Order.
