# The Eggborough Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2018, Paragraph 26: Waste management on site - construction wastes


(1) No part of the authorised development may commence, save for the permitted preliminary works, until a construction site waste management plan for that part has been submitted to and, after consultation with North Yorkshire County Council in its capacity as the relevant waste planning authority, approved by the relevant planning authority.
(2) The plan submitted and approved must be in accordance with the principles set out in chapter 17 and appendix 5A of the environmental statement.
(3) The plan must be implemented as approved unless otherwise agreed with the relevant planning authority.
