# The Eggs and Chicks (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010, Regulation 16


In Schedule 2, part 2, column 3, in the entry relating to Article 2(4), after “Quality characteristics of class B eggs” insert—
“and cases in which eggs meeting the quality characteristics for class A eggs must be categorised as class B eggs”.
