# The Eggs and Chicks (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010, Regulation 7: Insertion of Part 3A


After Part 3 (eggs in shell for consumption) insert—
“ PART 3A
Eggs in shell for consumption: salmonella control related requirements
Compliance with EU provisions
12A Any person who contravenes, or fails to comply with, any provision mentioned in Schedule 2A commits an offence.”.
