# The Eggs and Chicks (Wales) Regulations 2010, Regulation 32: Amount of penalty

Extent: E+W

(1) The amount of the penalty is to be determined by the enforcement authority and must not be less than £100 or more than £4,500.
(2) The factors to be taken into account by the enforcement authority in determining the amount of the penalty may include (but are not limited to) one or more of the factors mentioned in Schedule 4.
