# The Eggs and Chicks (Wales) Regulations 2010, Regulation 34: Payment of penalty

Extent: E+W

(1) Payment of any penalty must be made to the person mentioned in the penalty notice by sending it by post or by such method as may be mentioned in the notice.
(2) Payment of any penalty must not be made in cash.
