# The Eggs (Marketing Standards) Regulations 1995, Regulation 9: Trade Descriptions Act 1968


The descriptions and marks applied in pursuance of any Community provision shall be deemed not to be trade descriptions for the purposes of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
