AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (GRADING AND MARKING)
Made 14th April 1965
Laid before Parliament 26th April 1965
Coming into Operation 1st June 1965
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3 and 4 of the Agricultural Produce (Grading and Marking) Act 1928., as read with and amended by section 23 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1963, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following regulations:—
