# The Election Petition (Amendment) Rules 1999, Article 12


In rule 19(1):–
(a) for “the provisions of Order 3 of the Rules of the Supreme Court”, substitute “rules 2.8 to 2.11 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998”; and
(b) for “Rules of the Supreme Court”, substitute “Civil Procedure Rules”.
