# The Election Petition (Amendment) Rules 1999, Article 5


In rule 7:
(a) in paragraph (1), for “a summons”, substitute “an application notice”; and
(b) in paragraph (2):–
(i) for “summons”, substitute “application”; and
(ii) omit “in chambers”.
