# The Elections Act 2001 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2001, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Elections Act 2001 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 11th May 2001.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.
