# The Elections Act 2001 (Supplemental Provisions) Order 2001, Article 2


Paragraph 6A(1) of Schedule 12 to the Local Government Act 1972 (date of annual meeting of joint authorities etc) shall be modified so as to have effect for the year 2001 as if for “and 30th June” there were substituted “and 31st August”.
