# The Elections Act 2001 (Supplemental Provisions) Order 2001, Article 3


Paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 12 to the Local Government Act 1972 (date of annual meeting of parish councils in years where there is no ordinary election) shall be modified so as to have effect for the year 2001 as if after the words “in May” there were inserted “or June”.
