# Elections Act 2001, Paragraph 33


The provision which may be made under section 84(1) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (c. 47) (power to make certain provision in relation to local elections in Northern Ireland) includes provision replacing or modifying Part 2 or paragraph 31 of this Schedule.
