  "text": "The following provisions are revoked—\n(a) paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Local Government Elections (Changes to the Franchise and Qualification of Members) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/1948);\n(b) article 15(3) of the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/417);\n(c) article 4(1)(b) of the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/1969);\n(d) paragraph 38 of Schedule 1 to the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/2977).",
