  "text": "An offence under any of the following provisions of the Offences against the Person Act 1861—\n(a) section 4 (soliciting murder);\n(b) section 16 (threats to kill);\n(c) section 18 (wounding with intent);\n(d) section 20 (inflicting bodily injury, with or without weapon);\n(e) section 21 (attempting to choke etc in order to commit any indictable offence);\n(f) section 23 (maliciously administering poison etc so as to endanger life or inflict grievous bodily harm);\n(g) section 28 (causing bodily injury by explosives);\n(h) section 29 (using explosives etc with intent to do grievous bodily harm);\n(i) section 30 (placing explosives with intent to do bodily injury);\n(j) section 35 (drivers of carriages injuring persons by furious driving);\n(k) section 42 (common assault or battery);\n(l) section 47 (assault occasioning bodily harm).",
