  "text": "In section 80A(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 (c. 70) (disqualification for election or being a member of a local authority in Wales), after paragraph (b) insert—\n“(ba) the person is incapable of being elected to or holding elective office in a district council in Northern Ireland under Part 10 of the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962 (c. 14) (corrupt or illegal practices);”.",
