  "text": "In this Act—\n“1983 Act”(“Deddf 1983”) means the Representation of the People Act 1983 (c. 2);\n”2000 Act”(“Deddf 2000”) means the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (c. 41);\n“2013 Act”(“Deddf 2013”) means the Democracy and Boundary Commission Cymru etc. Act 2013 (anaw 4);\n“principal council”(“prif gyngor”) means the council of a county or county borough in Wales.",
