# Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, Article 1: Citation, extent and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
(2) This Order shall extend to Northern Ireland only.
(3) This Order shall come into force on the day after it is made.
