  "text": "REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE\nMade 12th February 2025\nLaid before Parliament 13th February 2025\nComing into force 6th March 2025\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order, which gives effect to recommendations submitted to the Secretary of State by the Electoral Commission for variations to the scheme for the making by the Electoral Commission of policy development grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(3) and (6) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.",
