# The Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 1995, Article 3


(1) The form of words in Welsh prescribed by article 2(1) of this Order is also hereby prescribed as the form of words in Welsh for the words “VOTE FOR ONE CANDIDATE ONLY” which are specified in the form of the front of the ballot paper in the Appendix to Schedule 1 to the Representation of the People Act 1983 as it is applied for the purposes of European Parliamentary elections by virtue of regulation 5 of, and Schedule 1 to, the European Parliamentary Elections Regulations 1986.
(2) The following form of words,
“Rhif
Etholiad dros Etholaeth Senedd Ewrop … ar … 19…”
is hereby prescribed as the form of words in Welsh for the words,
“No.
Election for the European Parliamentary Constituency of … on … 19…”
which are specified in the form of the back of the ballot paper in the said Appendix as so applied.
(3) The form of words in Welsh prescribed by paragraphs (1) and (2) above shall be printed so that they appear immediately beneath the corresponding words in English on every ballot paper at a European Parliamentary election in Wales.
