The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on him by sections 26(2) and 27(4) of the Welsh Language Act 1993f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1993 c. 38; section 26(2) is extended by section 22 of the Representation of the People Act 1985 (c. 50), as substituted by section 35(5) of the Welsh Language Act 1993, and by paragraph 2(5) of Schedule 1 to the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1978 (c. 10), as amended by section 35(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993.
