“Annibynnol” is hereby prescribed as the form of words in Welsh for the word “Independent” which is specified for use as the description of a candidate in a nomination paper by rule 4(3)(b) of the rules in Schedule 2 to the Local Elections (Principal Areas) Rules 1986f1.

The form of words in Welsh which are prescribed by paragraph (1) may be used as well as or in place of the equivalent word in English at a county council or county borough council election in Wales.
