Made 5th March 2008
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(2) of the Electoral Administration Act 2006, makes the following Order:

## 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Electoral Administration Act 2006 (Commencement No.6) Order 2008.

## 2 Commencement of provisions of the Electoral Administration Act 2006

Section 63 (Regulation of loans: etc. Northern Ireland) of the Electoral Administration Act 2006 shall come into force on 10th March 2008.
