Article 2 Commencement of provisions of the Electoral Administration Act 2006

(1)

The provisions of the Act listed in article 3 shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made in so far as they extend to Northern Ireland.

(2)

The provisions of the Act listed in article 4 shall come into force on 1st July 2008 in so far as they extend to Northern Ireland.

(3)

The provisions of the Act listed in article 5 shall come into force on 1st July 2008.
