  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force the provisions of the Electoral Administration Act 2006 (c.22)(“the Act”) specified in article 3, in relation to Northern Ireland, on the day after the Order is made. The provisions of that Act specified in article 4 are brought into force on 1st July 2008. The provisions specified in article 5 also come into force on 1st July 2008.",
