# Electoral Administration Act 2006, Paragraph 143


(1) Section 34 (registration of minor parties) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3) for “three months” substitute “ six months ”.
(3) In subsection (8), in paragraph (c)(i), after “sections 28(4) to (8)” insert “ , 28A ”.
