  "text": "In paragraph 7, after sub-paragraph (8) insert—\n“(8A) In the case of a person who has an anonymous entry in a register the special list mentioned in sub-paragraph (8) must contain only—\n(a) the person's electoral number, and\n(b) the period for which the anonymous entry has effect.\n(8B) Sub-paragraph (8A) does not apply to a special list kept in respect of a local government election in Scotland.”",
