  "text": "(1) In section 115 of the 1983 Act (offence of undue influence), in subsection (2)(b)—\n(a) after “prevents” insert “ , or intends to impede or prevent, ”;\n(b) after “prevails upon” insert “ , or intends so to compel, induce or prevail upon, ”.\n(2) This section does not have effect in relation to a local government election in Scotland.",
