# The Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2015, Article 3: Removal of existing registrations after the second new canvass


Paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 to the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013 has effect as if the reference to the third new canvass were a reference to the second new canvass.
