# The Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres (Certification) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1998, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres (Certification) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st August 1998.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres (Certification) Regulations 1990.
